Voop is both sceptical and pleased that the UK's CMA has approved the Vodafone & Three merger.

It is great that a key part of the approval was backed by a commitment to improve access to quality network APIs and greater MVNO enablement.

It is less great that the merger will inevitably result in even more underlying spaghetti and complexity in these big networks, and even less innovation in the customer experience by Vodafone and Three.

This gives Voop and our customers a great opportunity to make customer experience great and human again, and to rapidly ship valuable, innovative and work-life improving products that brings telecoms into the 21st century, finally.
